Orascom's Andermatt project said trailing sales target
Egyptian-Swiss Orascom Development is trailing behind target on its E200m Andermatt, Switzerland, resort community. A Swiss newspaper said the group, headed by Egyptian entrepreneur Samih Sawiris, had firm sales at year end for nine apartments at SFR1.2m-SFR1.4m each, with 25 reserved. Sales target at end-December was SFR100m (E77m).
