Germany, France, Nordics preferred by funds - INREV
Germany, France and the Nordic markets have overtaken UK as preferred locations for real estate fund investment, says fund association INREV. And German retail was selected as most promising asset class by 36% of respondents to its 2011 Investment Intentions Survey, a marked shift from 2010 when it failed to reach the Top 10.
