Orascom says Andermatt Swiss Alps sales on track
Orascom Development says its Andermatt Swiss Alps project is developing within marketing plan. From April to end-2010, reservation contracts were signed for apartments and villas worth CHF102m, and this year already for a further CHF9m. The firm was reacting to reports that sales are lagging behind a CHF100m target for 2011 due to intense competition.
