Barcelona office space to be scarce in 2012 - JLL
The current over-supply of office space in Barcelona will give way over the next two years to a scarcity, due to the lack of new development, with the total amount of new space coming available for sale or rent in 2011 and 2012 being just 68,000 sq.m., according to Jordi Toboso, director for Catalonia at real estate consultancy Jones Lang LaSalle.
