Colonial optimistic of investors' return to Spain
Despite the bleak outlook for Spanish real estate, the CEO of struggling listed group Colonial is optimistic that a recovery is coming and that foreign investment will return once the worst of the crisis has been overcome. Pere Viñolas also said that in 2010, Colonial sold apartments at the rate of 15 per month, after no sales at all during 2008 and 2009.
