UBS wins Unilever for E75m Euro Core real estate fund
UBS Global Asset Management says interest in European real estate vehicles is reviving, and this has supported an equity raising totalling E75m in 2010 for its Luxembourg-based UBS (Lux) Real Estate - Euro Core Fund, an open-ended real estate that will initially target retail and logistics property in Germany and Finland.
