Denmark's BPT launches E200m Baltic core fund
Copenhagen-based BPT Asset Management has launched an unlisted Estonian real estate investment fund BPT Baltic Opportunity, to target strong core property investments in good locations. It projects IRR of above 15%, and the fund has a maximum equity base of E100m for investment capacity, with leverage, of E200m.
