French Gecina diversifies funding with E500m EMTN
French REIT/SIIC Gecina has carried out a new E500m bond issue, a Euro Medium Term Note with maturity of five years, based on a spread of 168bp over the mid-swap rate and a coupon of 4.25%. The transaction was more than six times oversubscribed, reflecting the resurgence in interest among European investors, the group said
