French REIT Terreïs in E96m rights to expand float
French REIT/SIIC Terreïs has launched a E96.3m capital increase to support expansion plans and ensure it retains SIIC status. The move follows the merger of Terreïs Chairman Jacky Lorenzetti's DAB Expansion Group into Terreïs, approved by shareholders on 10 January. Terreïs has a property portfolio of E737m after the merger and is aiming to rapidly expand to E1bn.
