Germany needs properly functioning listed sector - EPRA
New regulations for German open-end property funds, likely to be passed into law in spring, highlight their liquidity limitations for investors and also an underlying volatility which is glossed over by smoothed valuations, says the European listed property company association EPRA - again calling for a "properly functioning" listed real estate sector.
