Modest office rental growth continues - JLL clock
As the economic recovery across Europe continued in fourth quarter at the same pace as in 3Q10, office rental growth accelerated modestly and take-up rose 20% but remained two-tier, according to Jones Lang LaSalle's quarterly rental clock. Germany and the Nordic countries showed signs of strength while rents bottomed out in Spain, Portugal, Ireland and Greece.
