PIE FLASH: ProLogis, AMB merge to form global logistics leader
After deadline for PIE 196, US REITs ProLogis and AMB Corporation, specialists in warehouse and logistics development and investment, announced that they are to merge, creating the leading group in the asset class globally. The combined group will manage around E33.5bn of assets with a cumulative size of 55.7 sq.m. of space in 22 nations of the world. (See upcoming PIE issues for more details)
