Spanish RE shares rally amid reforms, speculation
With reforms to Spain's financial sector afoot, and many savings banks - cajas - major shareholders of Spanish real estate firms and forced to refinance, listed Spanishi property shares rallied last week, led by Metrovacesa, up 16.2%, Reyal Urbis, up 7.25% and Colonial up 7.02%.
