AEW Europe targets E3bn transactions in 2011
AEW Europe, the property investment unit of the French Natixis financial group, expects to execute close to E3bn of transactions in 2011 as activity continues to expand this year. Currently managing over E16bn of assets across Europe, it said it transacted E2.3bn in 2010 despite demanding market conditions, up from E2bn in 2009.
