Orco in E119m Berlin sale to High Gain House
Struggling listed CEE developer and investor Orco has closed the sale of its mixed-use project on Berlin's Leipziger Platz to High Gain House Investments for a total E119m. The deal is being made in instalments, with an initial E67m already paid to reimburse bank debt for the project and an additional payment of E30m due after completion.
