Sweden's Niam in first Nordic, Baltic fund close
Swedish real estate private equity firm Niam has made a first closing of its fifth opportunistic fund Niam Nordic V that seeks E600m in equity, taking in E125m from North American and European institutions. With a target investment capacity of E2.2bn, the fund will seek Nordic and Baltic development and investment portfolios in office, retail and logistics.
