Elgeti propels TAG into German big league, creating housing firm
Since Rolf Elgeti became CEO of Hamburg's listed TAG 18 months ago, he has exploited crisis-hit prices to expand its balance sheet in share swaps and now expects to gain control of Colonia after winning 38% in a bid. His aim is to create a housing firm, he told PIE. TAG founded in 1882, still owns historical assets on the chic Lake Tegern in Bavaria.
