German open property fund laws seen restoring new normality
Latest German draft laws for open-end property funds should introduce a `new normality', with private savers and institutions accepting real estate as a long-term investment, and making managers' jobs easier, Barbara Knoflach, chair of SEB Asset Management and of the property committee of the German federal funds association BVI, told PIE.
