Green evaluation criteria missing - Union Investment
Assessing sustainability is still problematic for property investors although a growing number now systematically collects metrics on existing properties and identifies the issue as key to the industry, according to Hamburg-based fund manager Union Investment Real Estate. The results came from its recent survey of 174 European property investors.
