Züblin France faces refurbishment challenges at home
Züblin Immobilière, the French REIT unit of the Swiss-based Züblin, is part of a European strategy of efficient vehicles, also in Germany and Netherlands, focused on large corporate tenants. But it faces renovation challenges, its CEO Pierre Essig told PIE in an interview. It manages a small portfolio of E327m and is 59% owned by the Zurich parent
