French REIT Silic profit up; sees more growth in 2011
French industrial park REIT/SIIC Silic, 43% controlled by the French mutual insurance and financial services company Groupama, saw net profit rise 10.7% in 2010 as a result of higher rents and an increase in the value of the portfolio. The company is forecasting further growth for 2011 despite a cautious market outlook.
