Hamburg's TAG almost has control of Colonia
Hamburg-listed TAG Immobilien said it holds 49.7% of the outstanding equity of listed Cologne-based Cologne-based Colonia Real Estate. A further 9.16% of CRE stock was committed by institutions in an extension of the voluntary takeover bid launched late last year. "We have almost reached our goal to get the majority stake in Colonia," said TAG CEO Rolf Elgeti.
