Russia's Hermitage delays signing of La Défense financing
Russian-owned developer Hermitage has delayed the signing of E700m financing for its E2bn Hermitage Plaza towers project at Paris La Défense. It had been looking to conclude the agreement with a European banking syndicate by end-2010 but is now targeting this June. CEO Emin Iskenderov said the group has not yet obtained full possession of all of the land.
