Duisburg's Hamborner REIT portfolio at E376m, profits rise
Duisburg-based Hamborner REIT continued its growth in 2010, expanding the portfolio by 22% to E376m in value and declaring an 8% rise in net profit to E55.5m but a 25% climb in FFO to E12m. While the capital increase at mid year meant FFO per share fell to E0.35 from E0.47, management is proposing a 50% rise in the net dividend to E0.37 per share.
