Dutch VastNed, NSI break off merger talks
The twin Rotterdam-based VastNed REIT/FBIs - Office and Industrial - have broken off merger talks with Dutch listed peer Nieuwe Steen Investments, unable to find agreement on valuations of VNOI's German and Dutch portfolios and the Brussels unit Intervest Offices. VN said it was surprised at the NSI decision considering it had initiated discussions.
