French SFL returns to profit, but rents decline
French office REIT/SIIC Société Foncière Lyonnaise, majority owned by Spanish listed group Colonial, returned to profit in 2010 as a result of rising property values, but rental income and underlying profit fell in a challenging environment. SFL posted net attributable profit of E165m, turning around a 2009 loss of E252m.
