IVG launches E250m Paris office/retail fund
The funds division of German listed group IVG has launched a Paris closed fund, with an with an investment volume of around E250m and a term of 10 years. Focusing on office and retail in central Paris, targeting rental growth, the first closing has taken place, and one asset has been acquired - a building with a prominent retail profile, yielding 5.4% at entry.
