Brussels office stable but encouraging in 2011 - BNP Paribas
Last year saw more stabilisation than recovery in Brussels office, while several encouraging factors should boost investor confidence this year as the Belgian economy outperforms other Eurozone nations, says BNP Paribas Real Estate. Demand for office space continued to be driven by cost-reduction strategies, but take-up rose 12% to 472,600 sq.m. in 4Q10.
