European occupancy recovery broadens; investment slows- RICS
The European occupier market is recovering and tenant demand is rising, making oversupply less of an issue and pushing up rents, but investment rose more slowly in the last quarter, says the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. Its identified strongest occupier growth in Russia and Ukraine, with 11 countries posting positive readings compared to six in 3Q10.
