French Eurosic back in profit; to sell another E100m
French REIT/SIIC Eurosic will continue to refocus its portfolio on Paris office this year, and aims to sell another E100m of assets, CEO Jean-Eric Vimont said. The firm returned to profit last year, posting net earnings of E89.3m against a E118m loss in 2009. The portfolio value rose 5.9% like-for-like to E1.4bn, while NAV rose 20% to E36.11 per share.
