Housing sales boost French Icade net 131% to E1.22bn
French REIT/SIIC Icade is aiming for strong cash-flow growth after its transformation in 2010 into a major player in commercial real estate via the sale of housing and acquisition of office specialist Compagnie la Lucette. Icade sold 23,358 housing units in 2010, generating proceeds of almost E1.16bn. The disposals helped boosted net profit 131% to E1.22bn
