Warsaw's Caelum in E250m Romania mall project
Warsaw-based Irish mall developer and investor Caelum Development plans to begin construction in July of its Parklake Plaza mall project in the Romanian capital of Bucharest, estimated at a total investment of E250m. Caelum is in advanced negotiations with a consortium of Romanian and European banks for debt finance.
