Ukraine's KDD revamps flagship $512m SkyTowers
AIM-listed Ukraine KDD has revamped its flagship SkyTowers office/hotel project in Kiev, agreeing construction costs of $514m with Kiev Zhytlo-Invest, $110m of which is already paid. The first phase will be completed May 2012 for the Euro 2012 football championships. The two have also signed an LOI with Turkish builder ANT for most outstanding work.
