Acquisitions help Cório swing back to E508m profit
Netherlands-based shopping centre REIT/FBI Cório returned to profit in 2010, with total earnings at E508m, reversing a loss of E132m in 2009. The direct result rose 15.1% to E251m, aided by the March acquisition of shopping centres and a development portfolio. The indirect result also turned positive, following significant portfolio writedowns in 2009.
