French Nexity back in E120m profit in 2010
French housing group Nexity boosted new home reservations 13% last year and reported group share of net profit at E120m after a E50m loss in 2009. "Despite stimulus measures adopted in early 2009, the French housing sector continued to experience tensions," said Nexity Chairman Alain Dinin, adding 2010 was nonetheless a very good year for the firm.
