Germany's Aareal Bank doubles 2010 net to E46m
Wiesbaden-based property financier Aareal posted a 54% increase in consolidated operating profit to E134m in 2010, and doubled consolidated net income to E46m - after taxes, shareholder income and deduction of interest payable on the SoFFin silent participation - both figures far exceeding the bank's projections.
