Investors moving up real estate risk curve - Deutsche
Equity-rich private and institutional investors were on the look-out for low-risk property in prime locations last year, triggering significant price increases in several European markets, according to Deutsche Bank Research. This trend, coupled with the economic upswing, will lead investors to move up the curve and look at riskier assets in 2011 and 2012.
