Pramerica, Panattoni in E80m logistics development JV
Pramerica Real Estate Investors, European arm of US-based Prudential, has joined with Amsterdam-based developer Panattoni Europe to form a new western European joint venture in prime logistics developments. The JV will have investment capacity of E80m. The two are also expanding their central and eastern Europe JV by E40m to E140m.
