French institutional OPCIs return 8% in 2H10
French OPCI institutional property funds delivered total returns of 8.0% in second half 2010, according to figures from Investment Property Databank and French property funds association Aspim. The 37 specialised funds returned over 9%, while the five diversifed funds returned 2.8%. Net asset value at end December rose to E4.5bn.
