Sweden's Kungsleden in bond issue, triples profit
Listed Swedish property company Kungsleden has issued an unsecured bond with a value of SEK600m, carrying variable interest and with a final maturity in 2014. The issue came just days after the group reported net 2010 profit of SEK841m, more than triple the SEK250m it earned in 2009.
