Banks take final control at Italy's Risanamento
Luigi Zunino, founder and former chairman of Italian listed group Risanamento has finally lost control after the closing of the E150m capital increase. This was taken up by only 0.34%, and the rest by underwriting banks, such that their holdings now are: Intesa Sanpaolo (35.97%), Unicredit (14.4%), Banca Popolare di Milano (6.676%), Mps (3.007%) e Banco Popolare (3.5%).
