CEE Developer Orco settles with dissident shareholders
Troubled CEE developer Orco has reached a settlement with dissident shareholders Millenius, Fideicom, Clannathone and Bugle, who have agreed to end legal procedures linked to Orco's capital increases last April. While the company has solid arguments to obtain a legal victory, the settlement avoids time and expense of a long legal process, said Orco CEO Jean-François Ott.
