Frankfurt's DIC closes office Special Fund at E160m
Frankfurt-based listed group DIC Asset has closed its first Special Fund DIC Office Balance I after collecting paid-in equity of E120m - and said it has additional commitments in excess of this amount for the fund's future development. The aim is to increase the volume in accordance with investors wishes, and it plans to set up more Special Funds in future.
