French REIT Altarea raises E350m for office fund
French REIT/SIIC Altarea Cogedim has raised E350m in equity from institutional investors for a new office investment fund that is now the largest such vehicle in office in the Ile-de-France. The group aims to bring in additional partners over the next six months and raise over E500m in equity; with debt the fund will have investment capacity of E1bn, said board member Stéphane Theuriau.
