German Colonia CEO Rind resigns after TAG takeover
Stephan Rind, CEO of Cologne-based Colonia Real Estate, has resigned his post following the takeover of control by Hamburg's listed residential property group TAG. "I will look for new opportunities in the future," Rind said in an email. Late last month, TAG gained 50.02% of CRE after the close of a voluntary takeover bid launched late last year, plus subsequent market purchases.
