BNPP RE earnings rebound on market share gains
BNP Paribas Real Estate saw pretax profit bounce back to E139m in 2010 from E77m the year before, with revenues recovering 17% to E618m aided by strong market share gains in commercial property transactions and a marked improvement in residential. Chairman Philippe Zivkovic said 2011 revenues should at least match 2010.
