Finnish Citycon back in black at E90m in 2010
Finnish listed retail mall investor Citycon posted an operating profit of E90m in 2010, turning a loss of E37m in 2009, and grew its portfolio to E2.4bn from E2.1bn with stable occupancy at around 95%. "2010 started significantly more positively than 2009," said CEO Petri Olkinuora who steps down to hand over to successor Marcel Kokkeel at the end of March.
