French Crédit Foncier new loans rise to E16.8bn
French property financier Crédit Foncier de France posted a 14% rise in new loans to E16.8bn in 2010, with home loans up to E8.5bn and new commercial RE loans, at E8.3bn, driven by strong demand for property development and corporate real estate investment. Net profit rose to E253m from E220m, and aggregate outstanding loans increased E2bn to E118bn.
