French REIT STE returns to profit, raises dividend
French REIT/SIIC Société de la Tour Eiffel returned to profitability in 2010, posting E42.5m net, and reversing a loss of E60m in 2009, aided by value increases in the core portfolio. Disposals meant the net value fell to E1.02bn from E1.05bn, but liquidation NAV climbed to E73 per share from E70. STE proposes boosting its dividend to E4.20 from E4.
