Hamburg's alstria REIT back on growth track in 2011
Hamburg-based alstria office REIT reported a 16% fall in funds from operations to E27.5m in 2010 and just slipped into a fractional net profit, reversing an E80m loss in 2009. CEO Olivier Elamine and CFO Alexander Dexne stressed the rise in the G-REIT ratio to nearly 50%, and said that after a huge refinancing and disposals last year, alstria is back on a growth track.
